Poor unprofessional service, Pharmacist is always too busy, some of the staff are just plain rude, it's now the next day and still waiting for an emergency prescription to be filled ...won't make the same mistake of going there again

I was prescribed gout medication, amongst other painkillers etc, at 12.12pm today and was told my meds would be ready pretty quickly by the practice doctor. I left it until 5pm to go to Paddox Pharmacy and was told my meds would not be ready until the next day! I went home and called the medical practice, who informed me Paddox should be able to fill my prescription right away. I then rang Paddox Pharmacy at 5.12pm explaining I was in pain and could I come and collect my meds. The girl on the phone said she would ‘return’ my prescription and I should go to any other pharmacy and ask them to provide my meds. So in pain, she was expecting me to try and get round as many other pharmacies it would take to find one that had all my meds. I explained I could not do this, but all I got was an “I don’t care, not my problem” attitude. So I am stuck for a night without meds, in pain and I’m pretty distraught. I am pretty disgusted with Paddox Pharmacy to say the very least. PADDOX PHARMACY YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
