I want to praise the very helpful and kind treatment that I was given by your Pharmacy Staff when I came in to book and later receive my Flu Jab. Both young ladies were extremely patient and friendly, and seeing that I was in some distress, took the time to chat and encourage me. It is very rare these days to meet with such kindness. This is the pharmacy I use all the time and it is so nice these days to still be greeted with a smile. All of the team always go the extra mile to help and if they do have to order certain items, the items are always there on the day and time specified.
