I’m aware there are obvious open and closed times and respect this however when a mother with a young baby comes up to the counter asking only for advice, half in tears, then I think atleast acknowledgement of her being human isn’t too much to ask for. Looking up and saying we are closed to have her say She only wanted advice about baby to get a repeat of we are closed is just rude. She was obviously worried and distressed and this member of staff certainly didn’t represent tesco well at all. Advice is free and easy.
