Sad to say but the level of service at Rowlands Pharmacy in Brockham is appalling. I have an important, monthly prescription for medication I cannot do without. It is a commonly used medication, but one which required me to make 5 separate visits to the Pharmacy to collect last month, either because they were out of stock (happened three times) or the Pharmacy was closed during normal opening hours because of lack of staff. I really hope that things improve quickly. The staff are generally friendly and helpful but there are serious systematic problems here.
