Clyde chemist are not doing there job properly. Last week I needed 3 separate items I asked the man if the 3 items were in bag he said yes I checked. Not there had to go to Dr's to reorder. Got them today but they've been ready since Friday last week. Everytime I go to pick up my med im waiting 10 to 20 minutes this is unacceptable when all they have to do is get them. They don't answer there phone laziness iv seen them ignore there phone last week I was in and an old lady and a young lady with her little boy maybe about 12 months old they couldn't get there prescription It's disgusting there just bits of kids that work there and haven't got a clue. Today a lady came in with a bagful of unwanted meds they wouldn't dispose off. Anyway I'm going to put a formal complaint in Sort yourselves out I'm not having it I'm and old lady I don't need this thay haven't got a clue.

Every time tablets are delivered there is some mistake either tablets not all in the bag you ordered or they have to order them you cant phone because they never answer the phone.The staff need training or replaced
