I visited the pharmacy to enquire about my sons dribble rash. The pharmacist has no idea about it. She informed me it wasn’t (which it was) and then said that the rash wasn’t normal I informed her it was but she went on to say it wasn’t. The probelm being I’ve had 3 children so I’m aware of such things but if this was my first child I would have been scared and panicked for my baby I think because she was young and inexperienced she didn’t know how to deal with people she should be trained on this

Disappointing is an understatement. My mother had a reaction to the brand of medication that this pharmacy supplied but the pharmacist was not willing to help what so ever. After not feeling well for weeks she has gone back to the chemist to ask them to change the 1 box she had left of this particularly brand and his reactions were that they have no control of what brands come into store and that she will need to get another prescription from the doctors. She came away feeling that he wasn't bothered about her needs and wasn't happy with his attitue. After working in pharmacy myself , I know it can be difficult to get certain generic brands, but not once did this pharmacist offer to email his head office/ warehouse and see if they could supply another brand. As my mother pays for her prescriptions I rang to ask the pharmacist if he would email his head office he continued to be rude to me also. He put me on hold, whilst I was half way through talking to him- without telling me he had and then returned to the phone call with 'what did you say sorry I put you on hold as I had a que' . This is not what I call good customer service or good practice for that matter. This kind of customer service is not good enough and we will both be taking our prescriptions else where.
