I've been coming here for years since I moved from the chemist around the corner (where i had alot of problems). I don't understand the reviews below. Me and my family have never had any issues. The staff are always pleasant, pharmacists always helpful & perfect opening hours! I don't understand why people complain about waiting times- its for your own good - your prescription is for medication not sweets! The staff need to pick your medication, label it, check it and then the pharmacist needs to check it. They're humans not robots. Even if no-one is waiting around the pharmacy and you have to wait probably means people have handed a prescription in before you, and have gone shopping to collect it after they're done. Every pharmacy also receives electronic prescriptions from doctor surgeries, so again if no-one is waiting around the counter, maybe the staff are working through the prescriptions sent from the doctors to get them ready for people who will be making their way from the doctors?! I work at a drs surgery myself so I know we send alot (hundreds) of prescriptions daily to different pharmacies. I'm sick of people giving the staff and pharmacist a hard time here, they need some credit for all they do. Thank you for all your hardwork. Its apprecaited. From the Sutton family.
