Pharmacist was given a small prescription and asked how long to fulfil it as I only had 10 mins. She said she would go ‘fast’. It took 14 mins. I asked her why she didn’t say that at the beginning - she then said she doesn’t know how long it takes to fulfil one. I asked her while she was doing it how long it would still be and she threatened not to fulfil it at all. I paid and left wishing her a nice weekend. She was ride ill tempered and unhelpful. I have used this pharmacy for several years and I have always found them to be very helpful and willing to go the "extra mile" for their customers.
The knowledge of the pharmacist is first class and has helped me on several occasions thereby eliminating the need to go to the GP surgery. A great time saver.
I have also used their walk in GP surgery and received the same exemplary service and advice, always given with care and compassion.

I was prescribed a certain antibiotic by my doctor.
When I went to the biggest pharmacy chain in the UK
I was told that they could not even order the medication.
