I've popped into this pharmacy a handful of times over the years. I don't regularly get prescriptions but when I do I come here because this pharmacy goes above and beyond with their professional advice, no matter how many questions I ask. Just over a month ago, my wife and I went in to discuss weight loss. The information that we got was incredibly useful and between us we've managed to loose 25lbs. The staff here are wonderful and the pharmacist is always so helpful and caring. Thank you!

I am a student and came in to collect a prescription for my granddad who gets his medication monthly from the pharmacy .When i arrived it was clear that the pharmacy had not received the prescription and my granddad was running low on his medication. The staff were very friendly and focused on finding my prescription and they also kept me up-to date with the operations and proceedings. The staff then contacted the surgery and received the prescription for the medication and the problem was solved. The team at Balmoral Pharmacy was excellent in aiding me and they were quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone and it really provides the 5 star service!

I had been suffering with hayfever that was worse than I usually get about this time of the year so I booked a Drs appointment to see if I could get something to sort it. The next appointment they had was two weeks time and the pharmacy nearest me was closed as it was a Sunday, I couldn't wait that long or even for the nearest pharmacy to open as I was getting frustrated with the runny nose. I searched online to find that Balmoral was open so went there on the off chance that they might be able to help and I wish I had visited there first! The counter staff that served me was very understanding and polite. He knew exactly what I would need and even gave me a few options so I could make my own choice. I would definitely recommend going back there again and will always keep it in the back of my mind that they have long opening hours so are there to save me if I need it again!
