Staff so patronising and stuck up attitude We had problem with one meds they said had been sent to Tesco’s so investigated and these were not required meds .. these were sent there when They were closed.. called back and just got Hello so asked if Lloyds Chemist told no in a rude manner it’s Lloyds Pharmacy!! Trying to sort out meds for some one who as cancer .. do not need this !! Some training in customer service is needed !!

Went to collect repeat prescription but they were closed due to no pharmacist, this isn't good enough as I need my medication. I have also got to collect my vulnerable parents medication which they have been waiting for over two weeks as they say they can't get hold of one of their items and this item is very important to my father.
