Always short on prescriptions and not ready when they say it should be - have had to contact doctors on several occasions to try and rectify the situation. Although the staffing levels look adequate there is obviously a lack of efficiency and aptitude. Appalling really - really gone downhill over the last few years.

I waited over 20 mins, starting outside, to pay for something off the shelf. Everyone in front of me was picking up prescriptions so I can understand they would have to wait. There was an assistant in the background who could easily have taken my money as no one else in that time used the till. My transaction took 2 mins. Why don't they shorten the queue by asking if anyone is just paying for an item off the shelf? It doesn't seem to occur to them. Poor organisation

This chemist has really gone downhill in the last year or so. My repeat prescription is never ready anymore. I used to receive a text message and went in to collect it and it would be bagged up ready. Now the queues are regularly out of the door and you can wait up to 30 minutes to be served. The chemist is also badly stocked and scruffy.
