I have been using rowlands arundel Road for a few years since I moved into the area. But today have now moved chemists to have my prescriptions delivered to. The wait time is ridiculous even when the prescription was taken in the day before. The staff spend more time having a chat than servicing customers. I dropped a prescription in yesterday said I would collect after midday went in to collect it still not ready after waiting 20 minutes with no apology from the staff I asked what the problem was to be told the pharmacist was in the toilet. He was in there when I arrived apparently I understand everyone needs to go to the toilet but for over 20 minutes. This is not the first time there has been an extremely long wait it happens every time I go in there. The staff are miserable never apologise and very unhelpful. So today have changed my nominated pharmacy.
