Used to be so good but now appalling. Visited 3 times for one prescription which took them 2 days to dispense. Queues are so long, you wait 15 minutes just to get to the counter. Once there you’re told it’s not ready and can you wait another 20 minutes - that means a total of 35 minutes waiting time for a prescription that was sent from the Dr 2 days previous. Mr Kim is run off his feet and the staff change weekly. Surely, Boots need to look into the disaster that Fetcham has become.

I unfortunately have had to use this pharmacy and have today visited 3times! Each time queuing for half an hour to be told repeatedly we are sorry we have no staff. How long can you keep using this excuse? Prescriptions often aren’t ready or out of stock. When I use cannonside pharmacy which is my regular one you can enter and staff are polite and pharmacist does your prescription straight away. In boots fetcham today one elderly man was told he would have to wait between half an hour to an hour. What is going on? Eventually they won’t have any customers because enough or enough.
