I collect tablets for my elderly mother, she has them on r d for over 10 years and has been with the same doctors surgery for 25 years. Every time I ring up to re order the medication, I speak to the staff tell them it is red, repeat dispense and tell them they are in the drawer. There is always a problem, what is red? Drawer? She's not registered? Tonight I have spoken to three staff members to order them. I think the problem is staff members who are poorly trained.
