Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Doesn't wants to serve the customer nicely very rude managerment doesn't know what they are doing . Forgot to give yellow level and refused to give it later.

The staff are usually chatting to one another and you have to attract their attention, when they do serve you they are unhelpful extremely unprofessional. I've had a few problems getting prescriptions here and when I've asked what can be done to stop these delays happening I've received a blank look and a shrug. I rarely complain or leave bad reviews but where access to medicine is concerned it's not just poor customer service but dangerous and stressful.
