Been in there today to pick up prescription for my daughter absolute chaos 3 pharmacists working none of them seemed to know what they were doing queue of people waiting for prescriptions one of the pharmacists came and took all our names and we all continued to wait for about another 20 minutes then they would shout out a name of someone that wasn’t even waiting. People were returning to the shop after being told to come back in 30 mins then were being told to wait another 30 mins. Finally they would find your prescription after we were waiting for about another 15 mins then being told to come back in 30 mins took me in total 90 mins to collect a prescription |

my Last prescription the dosage was wrong (not enough) was told to leave it with them and I’d be contact when the additional medicine was ready. Just been to collect next repeat prescription and they didn’t even have it! It’s the last time I’m using this chemist! Very, very unhappy! Original Comment Report... Why advertise a service you don't offer. I went online to book a cholesterol test. My appointment was acknowledged and I even got a reminder for it. 20 minutes before I received a voicemail asking me to contact them. As I was already in the High St I went in to be told they don't do cholesterol testing?? You can still go online and book!! How ridiculous is that? Complete waste of time. Fuming ?? |
