I have never had a problem with Collis, the staff are very friendly with me, and I’m sure if they don’t have something, it’s because they don’t have it I think their working well considering? | |||||||

We changed from boots hoping for a better service, we are shocked by the long ques.. Medicine not in for days , I returned four times . One staff member on till , about eight in the back not appearing to do anything Prescription never ready . Not very friendly , a smile would help. Also shelves almost empty , is it a sign this chemist is closing down. | |||||||

I wasn't able to get my prescription at my usual pharmacy, so was directed to Collins. They has the item available immediately. But what really amazed me was that the pharmacist Silvia phoned my house to find out how I got on with my new eye drops. This was so incredibly thoughtful of her and I am very grateful, having had problems with several eye drops previously. Really impressed at the service that I received at Collins Pharmacy. | |||||||
