Although some staff are friendly, some do not possess any customer service skills. I can't remember a time where the prescription I was collecting didn't meet with some problem. Today I waited 15 minutes to be told my dr surgery hadn't sent the prescription over and I would have to call the surgery. Well I did that and was told that the pharmacy had signed for the prescription 2 days ago! Luckily, my mum was in the store and was able to collect it for me. However, yet again there were items missing! Simply not good enough!
