Had an appointment on Saturday just to be told to come back on Tuesday because there is no chemist. Why would have an appointment system if there is no chemist to attend? Made me more angry because there is email confirmation for the appointment, could just notify that there is no chemist on Saturday. Pointless system. |

On many occasions that I have visited this pharmacy, it has 9/10 times been a disappointment. The staff are very rude! I must add that not all of them are, but the majority. I have heard staff making rude comments about me to each other (rather loudly) and not even hiding it simply because I asked if I could write down my last name instead of saying it out loud to make it easier for them to find my prescription. I have also been told to marry someone whose last name is Smith so it would be easier to pronounce my name.
The electronic repeat prescription service that they offer is awful. Now I am taking into consideration that it is a two way street between my GP and the pharmacy, however, it does not help anyone when they start blaming each other when my repeat prescription has not been sent over.
All of this is not from just one visit alone. I have been using this pharmacy since 2013.
Once again, not all of the staff are rude, some are pleasant and happy two help, but i can only think of about 2 people.
I have now found an app that will manage my repeat prescriptions for me free of charge. I will try to avoid this pharmacy if I can. Original Comment Report...
