What was once a really good chemist as sadly declined. No customer care. Why offer a free delivery service if you can't deliver on time? The poor service is life threatening, expecting people to go without their medication for 24 hours or more. If I was able to collect I would not be asking for the delivery....where as your duty of care gone?

Went into the chemist to buy some painkillers the the lady who sold them was rude I’m blind in one eye an she said either go to opticians or to a doctor she didn’t even lookup from what she was doing . Did ask her why would I go to the opticians if I was blind in one eye . She was rude an uneducated when it comes to being blind or partially blind I would never go there again

I have been calling this chemist since last 2 weeks. They don’t pick up their phone and later on they made it not reachable. This kind of treatment is really unfair,if I don’t need my medication I won’t be calling. They need to think of the vulnerability of people,, so so unfair. Think I will be changing my chemist. Really upset.
