Very bad service! I went to the pharmacy for a prescription for my 6 month old who had been given antibiotics for a severe infection she had. After spending 3 hours at the a&e when I finally got to the pharmacy I was welcomed by a committee of staff members paying for there breakfasts and shopping. I had to wait another 10 minutes just to hand in my prescription whilst the group of staff members paid for there breakfasts and shopping. It didn't feel like a pharmacy, it felt more like I had entered a subway outlet. What's the point in having so many tills and self-service at the front of store?I've never experienced this in any other pharmacy before. After waiting 10 minutes I was told by the pharmacy staff that the antibiotic was not in stock. So I ended up waiting 15 minutes for no reason. Very unprofessional and no confidentiality. Will stick to my local pharmacy next time where I know I will receive a better service
