Went into this chemist today, as I have a very sore finger, so thought I would ask them for advice, I showed a male staff member, he obviously thought it was very funny as went to to tell a young female assistant about it, laughing and joking, while stood in front of me, then a very nice female staff member came over, and told me it was infected that I needed to go to my doctor, won't be going again for advice if they think it's OK to laugh and joke about people in front of them.

The attitude of the pharmacist is terrible. Rude, obnoxious and extremely patronising. Every single time I have been in for my medicine, it has been messed up. They either haven’t prepared it, it’s not available, they only give you half the medicine and make you comeback for the rest. Only redeeming factor is the lady who serves behind the till. 10 out of 10 for her. She is the only nice person in the chemist and goes out of her way to apologise on behalf for the incompetency of the pharmacists. No more chances, will rather drive further for my prescriptions

Lots of staff but very slow service. Prescription ordered 10 days ago and no one knows how to find. Ten people waiting to be served.
