PCT Healthcare is the parent company of our two pharmacy retail chains "Peak Pharmacy" and "Tims and Parker".
Peak Pharmacy was founded thirty years ago and is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Tims and Parker was founded more recently in Salford, Manchester, but had previously existed as two separate groups, one of which was a long established family business in the area.

A few problems at thie Culcheth pharmacy on my recent visit
1. Assistant attending to customers and handing over prescriptions was not wearing a face mask.
2, Contactless payment didn’t work so I had to put ny PIN number in manually this has happened several times before at this pharmacy. My card works everywhere else.
3. A customer was allowed to enter not wearing a face mask then pulled his jacket over his face.
Generally I didn’t feel that safe but as it’s my nearest pharmacy I hope it’s better next time.

Always friendly never waiting long for prescriptions I’ve had my prescription sent over in the morning at it ready for me to collect within a couple of hours wouldn’t use any other pharmacy other than this one ever again

I have used many pharmacies in and around Warrington. This pharmacy is by far the most caring, professional and efficient. They consistently provide an outstanding service in every aspect of their work. I have no hesitation in describing them as the pride of Culcheth if not Warrington or the whole county.
