This shop is inaccessible for wheelchairs, had to leave my 93 year old mother outside in the cold when trying to pick up a prescription for her. There were four people ahead of me and after 10 minutes wait, another 5 behind me, and although there were 5 people serving in the pharmacy , not one acknowledge any of us, either to take prescriptions, serve anyone or even to apologise for keeping us waiting, one lady informed me she had been in there for half an hour!!! This is not the first time this has happened in this shop. This shop is small and cramped, and has staff that do not even have the courtesy of acknowledging customers, the overall experience and service is very poor. I left the shop without ever being served.

Also, I would like to advise that the Field Management is aware of the problems this pharmacy is experiencing, they put a robust plan in place which is being implemented as we speak. Anna
