Top marks to Lloyds this morning my husband needed his medicine quickly and they came up trumps, Pharmacy2U had been unable to source his medication so they sent us a electronic prescription which I took up to Lloyds with just a wait of about 20 mins they had his medication bagged and ready for me. Credit where credit is due, I know the staff work under lots of pressure but I struck lucky today. Original Comment Report... Despite all the bad reviews, I thought I’d risk it anyway and get my prescription sent here. Such a mistake! My prescription had been sent there by my doctor 10 DAYS AGO and had not been dispensed or even looked at in that time. After standing around for 15 minutes, I was told by a member of staff “they’re just doing your prescription now”. 15 minutes after being told they were dispensing my prescription, and so a total of 30 minutes of standing around in the pharmacy, one of the staff members again asks what I’m waiting for. She goes to the back to check, and the pharmacist then finally comes to me to tell me that they don’t have my medication in stock. Why could they have not told me this when they first “looked at” my prescription after 15 minutes? Why did they leave me standing there another 15 minutes with no update? They had my prescription for 10 days before I went in to pick it up, surely that is enough time for them to have a glance at it and order my medication in? If you actually want your medication or don’t have time to stand around for half an hour, I really would suggest going somewhere else. The awful reviews and ratings this place has are there for a reason. If you can get to a Boots or any other pharmacy, I would really encourage you to do so. Original Comment Report... Reply from LloydsPharmacy Mon, 29 Jul 2019 12:34:38 +0100 Hi Kari Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I apologise for the disappointing service and wait times you have experienced when visiting our pharmacy. This certainly isn’t the level of service we expect for our customers. I understand this must have been very frustrating, especially as the pharmacy had your prescription for 10 days and I’m sorry for any upset this has caused. I will ensure your feedback is recorded and shared with the Regional Management Team, who will take any appropriate action found to be necessary - I hope that the pharmacy team will reflect on this matter. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you see an improvement in future. Jas |
