I left a prescription from my GP last Wednesday (17/06/2015) at the Pharmacy. Unfortunately one item from the list was not available and I was asked to come back the next day. I explained to the Pharmacist it will not possible due to my mobility problem and he agreed to deliver the item in the afternoon or the next day (Thursday) but there was no delivery and therefore I contacted the Pharmacy and they told me (sorry) but they will deliver on Friday but again there was no delivery. I contacted the Pharmacy today (Saturday) and I spoke to the on duty Pharmacist and I was told the item is still in the Pharmacy and they do not know why this was not delivered and they need to speak to the Driver and I need to contact the Pharmacy later on instead of them to contact me. (bad management).
