The staff are always very polite and always are very helpful. My husband and myself have been Using this chemist for many many years and for the last few years we have our medication delivered, we are pensioners and are very pleased with this service, thank you to the staff that are always willing to help with any problems that we may have | |||||||

I should have been able to collect my px from Asda pharmacy but they were unable to dispense my medications because they were out of stock (even though they had ordered them). Took px round to cohens chemist who dispensed them within 15 minutes. They were polite and efficient. Thank you. | |||||||

Having had to pick up a prescription outside of Cohens hours has been such an awful experience I feel the need to praise Cohens for all of the fantasic customer service and personal touch that they give to me and my family.
Cohens busy at times and sometimes a little wait but nothing compared to the pharmacies in very close proximity. Even when they are busy they're polite and do customers prescriptions in order.
I can trust that my prescriptions have been dispensed correctly.
My repeat prescriptions are generally ready before I walk in the door.
