All them behind the counter look like there not getting paid enough working there. I don’t understand why you have staff working there dealing with medication without knowledge of the product? Further more there they’re very unattentive.As a nurse working in a local GP I should not be hearing patients details with the door open. Or gossip about Queensbridge surgery. No patient confidentiality at all. Get some extra staff to help. :) maybe some E learning or staff training needs to happen.

Today I took a booster jab from this pharmacy . The lady who injected me and my wife looked very unprofessional and unnecessarily busy. She was inserting a very speedily and painfully injection needle into everyone's body.she looks Very unprofessional and idiot. never again there.

I went on the 21/06/2021 to get my vaccine done and they said they’re machine was malfunctioning and told me I had to wait a while. So after I waited, a lady that was working there gave me the vaccine so harshly, she pushed the injection without warning me. Its been a month and I still have pain on my arm. I asked the GP how long it’s suppose to hurt and they said it shouldn’t be hurting more than 2-3 days, therefore I’m assuming the worker that gave me the vaccine is the reason why my arm is still hurting. So for my second dose I’ve decided not to go to this centre. I’d advise you all to do the same!!
