The pharmacist is rude, I always told him the brand of the medicine I want because when I changed the brand I had some problems. I went yesterday 24th June to collect my prescription with an old box of the brand That I wanted. I showed it to him. He didn't say anything to me, he gave me a sealed sachet saying Mr Bamba that is your prescription. He could have said that we don't have the brand you want with some alternative. He thought I am stupid black old man. Not the first time I asked for the Bristol brand ( Amlodipine ). His attitude was rude not professional and with a very poor customer care. I was Whsmith Hospital Branch Store Manager for many years before I was retired in 2015. I know what I am saying.
