yesterday I went to pick up a prescription, as usual I use Tesco pharmacy, and the pharmacist was the only member of staff on duty. They were busy so willingly waited for them to finish, probably about 7 minutes, and they then came to the counter and asked how they could help me. I responded that I had a prescription to collect and they asked my name which I gave them. They then saw a man over my shoulder who was looking at products on a shelf and called out to the man to ask if he was waiting for a prescription. The man replied that he was, the pharmacist asked him his name which he gave him and the pharmacist went off and found the mans prescription. I then had to wait while this transaction took place and then without apology or explanation the pharmacist returned to serving me. Will I use this pharmacy again? Absolutely not.
