Items constantly missing. Told me they didn’t have a prescription even though I’m on repeat prescription! I’ve being having no end of problems. On occasions when I have called to pick up a one off prescription staff have been talking amongst themselves ignoring people waiting. Not very good for business.

Slow, rude staff who usually ignore customers. Staff couldn’t work chip and pin machine so asked to go to a cash machine. Only positive is the evening and weekend opening hours.

Name taken at the window then proceeded to ignore me and arrange shifts with someone else, then turned to colleague and asked if they had got it even though she didn’t ask. Eventually found it. Went inside to pay whilst doing this another colleague interrupted lady serving me to discuss someone else’s order whilst I was stood waiting to get my order. I phoned before I went to make sure it was ready so why it still takes so long ..maybe because they don’t seem to care about the customers who are in front of them
