I left a review for Lords Pharmacy on NHS and Google as they are probably the best pharmacy in Merton or possibly even in London. I remember I used to use this pharmacy as it was downstairs from the GP but often the staff have zero customer service (except one lady who was always extremely nice) and I recall the last time I ever went to this pharmacy (around a year ago) they had probably 6 or 7 staff present but all were too busy to serve me, I finally gave them my prescription and waited some thirty minutes even though no one was around. I was shocked to see this company have 5 stars after having used them from when they were based opposite Wimbledon Chase station to moving to Nelson hospital, I know first hand the service diminished from 5 star to 1 star. Cross the road to Lords Pharmacy and I assure you it will be worth every step, you won't come back to Nelson Pharmacy ever again.
