Up on reading reviews about my local pharmacy, it is sad to see so many keyboard warriors!! It’s easy to criticize but has anyone actually asked the staff there “how they are” and whether their family are safe and well? Remember there was a time when everything was shut apart from supermarkets and pharmacy to provide a service to not only give medication but also to address any mental issues or queries there were. If you don’t have anything nice to say then go to another chemist!! | |||||||

Staff ignorant and rude. I understand Covid is difficult for everyone however they were not the politest to begin with now they are just rude and unprofessional. Will be collecting my pescriptions from elsewhere in future. In serious need of a customers service workshop on how to greet, aid and act around customers. | |||||||
