Convenient: located in main Tesco store - accessible by bus and has large car park Friendly and knowledgeable: staff always helpful and professional. just make sure your GP surgery is doing it's bit i.e. issuing out the prescription timely and correctly. Open hours - core hours 8.a.m to 10.00 p.m. except Sundays when it is normal Sunday opening hours i.e. 10.00 to 4.0 p.m. Pharmacy also offer flu jabs...need to book though.

The staff in the pharmacy are brilliant. They are so helpful, kind and willing to go beyond their line of duty. Many people have had problems with prescriptions but the pharmacy will go out of their way to help and put it right if they can. They are also quick to say when they can't.

I've lived in Burnham-on-Sea now for just over 18 months but I've only recently started to use the Tesco pharmacy. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the customer service, nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. All of the team that I've dealt with have been first rate but in particular a special word for one member of staff who goes above and beyond every time I have occasion to talk to them. Many thanks.
