First point the staff that are there do try. Second point there are not enough staff to deliver a satisfactory service. A prescription was sent from my doctors to the chemist on 29th September for 5 items. I received a text from the chemist on 10th October advising me my prescription was ready for collection. A 10 day wait for a prescription is totally unacceptable. In addition to that two of the prescribed items were not in the bags and nothing was said to me meaning I have to make another trip to the chemist which costs me time and money.

Never answer the phones. Staff are extremely slow, always forgetting to order medicines or use it for someone else’s script. Have now changed pharmacy’s as they’re a joke to the NHS. They need a complete reform ASAP

Sorry for the staff struggling through a pandemic in a portacabin. There was a v good pharmacist but she left due to abuse. They should be paid danger money! People end up queuing for ages day after day to find that items are missing or in the hub. This obviously makes people furious and frustrated and sometimes the staff get it. I get the feeling pharmacists will only work there for a day or so, so there's a big turnover of staff and nobody can find anything. No system, no point phoning as they really haven't time to pick it up! Don't know how this conpany gets away with it. Also, if all this wasn't bad enough, the other chemist nearby closed so now there's twice as much to do. Taken myself to another chemist as luckily I can do that for my repeats. Was a customer for 30+yrs.
