With an issue about registration with a practice the pharmacist helped me to deal with an unintended charge of practice to one seven miles away and making sure that the break in medication whilst this was disentangled was kept to a minimum.

Every time i go there which is quite often as we all get our tablets from always very helpful and they always sort the problems out there and then which is a great help to my family so good to have staff which are very helpful

Started looking after my mum. She needs pads and pants and also other elderly items. Was in the Post Office, saw the chemist sign and thought i would pop in to get advice. To be honest i was no way expecting the excellent service i received from the staff! They explained about size of pads and pants how to insert them etc. Also they had a lot of leaflets of items to assist the elderly during the day and night. They took the time to go through the leaflets with me, Which i found very helpful indeed. They were also able to supply the flu jab with out any problem at all. I kept on apologizing for taking their time up, And they kept reassuring me it was no trouble at all for them. They constantly said that is what we are here for to help you and any problems you may have! They also explained about their drug delivery service etc. So i shall definatly talk to my mum about her drugs and having them delivered in future! Never ever in any chemist have i had or observed such excellent service, from what seems like a very good team.
