i usually pick up a repeat prescription from this pharmacy every 6 months or so which is sent over from another doctors surgery due to work commitments this practice is ideal and local to my everyday location. I had a prescription sent there back in February in which they claim they had never recieved, I contacted my main surgery who confirmed it had been sent over and they would contact them to get them to let me pick it up. I was then told to ring them to save me a wasted journey. Upon calling them I was yet again told that they had never recieved such a prescription and stated they had not been contacted by my main surgery- in which they had because I was present. I was then asked “why do you even get it sent here?” not like that has anything to do with the staff in the first place. They spoke in a very rude manor when all I was trying to do is locate my prescription. I’m very annoyed as this has taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve and the staff are very unhelpful and rude. I will no longer use his service and the staff need a bit more training in customer service.
