My daughter's partner is with this pharmacy. The service is appalling. She is under the mental health team due to the traumatic and unexpected death of my daughter. They repeatedly don't get her prescription right. As she's on anti psychotic medication it's paramount that they are taken, yet last week were quite happy for her to not have them as they didn't have the stock. She's on a weekly prescription due to her vulnerability yet told her on the Friday, when they should be ready for collection that she'd have to wait till Monday or Tuesday before she could get them. These meds should not be stopped. This week they were supposed to deliver her meds and they've not been delivered which means she doesn't have any of her mental health medication. This is totally unacceptable and she now has to try and see if she can get them through 111. This in turn adds further stress to an already vulnerable person. Should be ashamed |

i usually pick up a repeat prescription from this pharmacy every 6 months or so which is sent over from another doctors surgery due to work commitments this practice is ideal and local to my everyday location.
I had a prescription sent there back in February in which they claim they had never recieved, I contacted my main surgery who confirmed it had been sent over and they would contact them to get them to let me pick it up. I was then told to ring them to save me a wasted journey. Upon calling them I was yet again told that they had never recieved such a prescription and stated they had not been contacted by my main surgery- in which they had because I was present. I was then asked “why do you even get it sent here?” not like that has anything to do with the staff in the first place. They spoke in a very rude manor when all I was trying to do is locate my prescription.
I’m very annoyed as this has taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve and the staff are very unhelpful and rude. I will no longer use his service and the staff need a bit more training in customer service.
