I've been using this pharmacy for a number of years and have been happy with it. However, today I visited with my wife who has a bad cough and wanted advice. The pharmacist was dismissive, did not answer questions clearly and was generally unhelpful. Apart from this, he interrupted speaking to my wife to take payment from another customer. There was another member of staff in the dispensing area who could have attended to the other customer. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
