I want to say a big thank you to the staff at boots croslandmoor who supported me and my family through my parents end of life care. They often went above and beyond their roles as pharmacist and technicians, having to alter medications at short notice , but always their to offer support and kind words. They kept me informed of any problems and resolved any issues expediently. You are amazing and remain so ,even though my parents have both passed away,I continue to use your services as you have shown that you put your customers at the heart of your service . I want to put names in here but I can't remember everyone but you know who you are. Thank you again
