I use this pharmacy as part of a repeat prescription service, the staff are always helpful and efficient. Last week I needed some antibiotics which where not available here (third chemist we had tried enroute home). The assistant behind the counter phoned one of the other chemist so that I could have the medicine that night and the staff at that chemist ordered the rest of my medication which my husband was able to pick up for me the next day (Saturday). Thank you manor pharmacy for being so helpfull
After being prescribed burn ointment and dressings in worsley mesnes health centre; we took the prescription to the nearest pharmacy (this one). While dispensing they said there was an item they would need to deliver and they would deliver the lot that afternoon. This was the Thursday before Good Friday; they never turned up nor rang me to explain why. I am now left for the long bank holiday weekend without the medication I needed with no explanation.
