Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I use this store on numerous occasions every month. The staff and pharmacist bend over backwards to help in any way whatsoever. They are always polite and treat everybody as they would expect to be treated by you. Other pharmacies in the area are keen to get you dealt with and gone as soon as possible where here, the staff make sure you are happy before you leave. I cannot compliment this pharmacy enough.
I really effective team who all pulled together to help me out.
I had run out of pills(oops!!!)and was going away. They made phone calls to the surgery, had a driver collect a prescription from the doctors - our surgery does not have an electronic service- and then offered to deliver the medicines to me.
