I have used this Pharmacy for 25years. In that time it has changed from an independently family owned business to a group run concern. The current pharmacist has been there for over a year and is doing an excellent job. He knows his customers as do many of his staff. He has gone out of his way to be helpful and shows friendly concern for my welfare. IHe works very gard, so much so that he is often lucky to 'grab a sandwich' at 3pm because he is 'flat out' for most of the day. I would suggest that the suggestion that some surgeries are slow to prescribe is genuine as I know my own surgery has been guilty of this on many occasions. This pharmacy is much busier than its competitor across the road. Maybe I shouldn't be writing this as they are busy enough as it is but I felt that the negative review needed to be challenged.
