I have been getting my monthly repeated scripts here for a long time. However this month I have not been contacted to say they are dispensed and ready for pick up. They should have been ordered on 13th Feb. Obviously they forgot to do this as I called into the shop after ringing them. There was a Female pharmacist on (not my usual) and quite frankly she was dismissive and rude. Her tone was patronising and that got my hackles up!! She said " We don't have to do this you know and if you don't like this then come back and see the other pharmacist!!!" I could not believe how she turned Winchester Pharmacys mistake around to make me feel grateful for them "doing me the favour of dispensing my monthly e-script"! It's a pity that this female was so patronising as she will loose customers for the owner - all this same they need to be aware if she is a Locum. Needless to say I will not go back there again! I will take my custom to a pharmacy that understands that they need to nurture their "customers" as they pay their salary!!
