On 11 Jul, I took a prescription to this Pharmacy from my GP for gout to be administered immediately. The Pharmacist having received the prescription note told me they needed to contact the GP. I told them I was in pain and needed the medication. They told me to come-back tomorrow for it, refusing even it give some of the medication to relieve the pain I then had. I told them I could not come back tomorrow ( then Tuesday) as I was going for a business trip and would only be back on Saturday. They refused to accommodate me even as I was prepared to wait while they make their call to the GP. I returned on Friday, 15 July still severing pain. To my disappointment the pharmacist had not contacted the GP and tried to contact the GP while I was at the Pharmacy. They could not explain why they waited until I came back to contact the GP. I waited for over 30 minutes with no success. I went to the GP who were very concerned with the services of the Pharmacy and issued me with a prescription note which I took to another Pharmacy for my medication. Touchwood Pharmacy at Yeading Lane service is poor.
