I have found that most Boots shops I have visited are slow keep you waiting and under staffed but Rowner lane is the worst I don't think I have ever been seen straight away in all the years I have collected my meds. Today walked out people in shop no one at the counter will go back to collect later

Because I have been very poorly and had a lot of hospital appointment and drs ect because I have autism and epilepsy and adgd learning disabilities I don't like leaving my home boots have said they won't deliver anymore because I have not been in and been at medical appointment so now I'm scared on how to get my medication
