I purposely order my perception 5 days before I needed it, Yes I need it to survive. I went in and the lady informed me "that they are usually quite good and it should be in the next day or they day after" as she told me she had ordered it that day. She told me that see would ring me or if I hadn't had anything to ring the pharmacy. So that's what I did "it should be in tomorrow" that's fine I thought. I then rang the next day "iyour Perscription has only just arrived here we will order it today for tomorrow" well I saw the Perscription with my own eyes two days ago. I rang up again the next day. "We need to order it in" rang up again the following day "we are waiting for the delivery" rang up again they haven't received my perception yet. So I rang up today as I am fuming and apparently it's in the post! I get that it gets busy but that is taking the absolute mick! It's not like I need it to be able to live,thank god I don't have a life long illness that requires me to have at all time oh wait... I do! Nearly 4 days without it! It's ridiculous I have been using this pharmacy for years and I keep giving them chances and they keep letting me down!
