I went to the pharmacy to ask for a repeat prescription of my meds and the member of staff said have I requested for it. I said it usually goes on repeat and she said with a very miserable and unhelpful tone of voice, many people seem to think it goes on repeat but it doesn’t. We went on life this repeatedly as she was keen to want her way and not accommodate the customers needs until voice was raised. Very bad customer service.
