My husband and I usually use Lloyd’s Direct to receive our medication but one of my items has to be issued by the pharmacy as it is a controlled drug. Despite being told my prescription has been returned to the pharmacy and awaiting collection it is never there and it has to be reordered! Obviously Lloyd’s direct need to ensure that the drugs are there for collection but there doesn’t seem to be any joined up thinking! As for the pharmacy, the staff are often rude and unhelpful and never apologise to the customers if they can’t provide the medication. I have witnessed this many times. They never seem to be fully stocked. On many occasions I have had to return to the pharmacy for the remainder of the prescription as they do not have enough of an item. It’s time for Bessacarr Lloyd’s Pharmacy to up their game and provide a much better, reliable service.

Never in stock, slow, can't find scrips and as all the other reviewers say. I now have a barcode, and it needs adding back onto the national database to collect elsewhere. I won't use again. It's been like this year's, I was using echo online, I'll go back to that was trying to save postage costs! . This is not a service.

Moved here in October 2020 and still nothing has changed. I was waiting in the chemist yesterday and someone on the phone was asking about their script. After getting off the phone the middle age staff member started to derision the conversation to the pharmacist and older member of staff. Not customer friendly and will be speaking to the local councillor about this abysmal service provider
