Rude and unhelpful staff at the pharmacy. Making elderly customers wait for long durations and acting as if they cannot see the lomg queues. When questioned about service, they initially ignore you and after the 6th time of asking, they get defensive and rude and come up with the excuse that they are busy. Worst service I have ever experienced. Being from a customer service working background myself, this defnetily the way I would deal with my customers. The staff need to learn manners.
