Was advised by my G.P at the Barn surgery in Gillingham Dorset to sign up for repeat prescriptions to save me driving to Gillingham every month as I have the same prescription due every 4 weeks Unfortunately on the last 3 occasions when I have arrived to pick up my prescription on the day advised it appears that there has been no prescription waiting. I can only assume that Boots are not requesting the prescriptions within the required time period for these to arrive in time for their customers - not helpful when you have run out particularly as there is no extra meds left over as they are now so tight on ensuring you do not over order prescriptions - please put your systems in place to ensure meds are available as directed for pick up
